Annual Alumni Golf Event & Fundraiser

After a long hiatus the alumni brothers of Phi Kappa Theta are more than ready to reconnect in-person. With that being said we hope folks are ready for the return of our Annual Alumni Golf Event and Fundraiser!

Please mark the Weekend of August 26th on your calendars for some fun on the golf course, and of course, some reminiscing with brothers from across the decades. Your Beta Gamma Executive Board would like to gauge interest in this event before we set up a registration form. Please CLICK HERE to fill out the interest survey and let us know if you will attend!

Here’s at a high-level what to expect:

Dates: August 26th – 28th

Lodging: Toftrees Golf Resort


Cost: ~$250 pp covers a one-night stay (Saturday 8/27) + 2 rounds of golf + one bucket of range balls + one dinner voucher. Regular room rates apply at Toftrees for a Friday night stay.

Note: Cost is an estimate and subject to change pending participation

Events Overview:

· Friday night meet & greet

· Saturday tournament round of 18

o Shotgun start; additional criteria TBD

o Number of teams TBD

· Saturday morning projects at 338 E. Fairmount + afternoon bar crawl

o Based on interest by non-golfers & spouses

· Saturday evening dinner

· Sunday morning round of 18

· Sunday morning brunch

o Based on interest by non-golfers & spouses

Note: Times are TBD and events are subject to change pending participation

Additional Information: We are exploring the option of a house project (AM) + lunch and bar crawl (PM) for non-golfers, spouses, and SOs. House projects will not require high levels of technical skill (think painting rooms, cleaning clutter, assembling furniture, etc.).
