Phi Kappa Theta was founded by Dennis Joseph Holland, Joseph Mary Killelea, James Martin Gillrain, Edward DeVallie O’Connor, James Edward Brennan, Arthur Francis McGinn, James Edward Smith, and Edward Francis Cunningham. 

The Phi Kappa Theta flower is the red tea rose.

The Phi Kappa Theta motto is, “Give, expecting nothing thereof.”
