Penn State Football: In 1999, the Nittany Lions had a record of 10-3, beat Texas A&M in the Alamo Bowl 24 to 0, and outscored their opponents 417 to 234. 

Penn State Tuition: Students paid around $6,100 in tuition and fees per semester as a full-time student. I’ll bet that stings for you 2010s grads…
